Cooking Classes are specially tailored for the foreign travelers with an interest to learn how to cook Sri Lankan traditional food and is geared to groups of two or more. The demonstrations are based on creating dishes, simply and easily, using fresh local ingredients.
IDEAL FOR : Those who want to experience and learn how to cook Sri Lankan food the traditional way while surrounded by nature.
DURATION: +/- 3 hours (between 9.30am – 3pm)
What To Expect
Cooking class includes 4-5 vegetable curries, Dhal curry, chicken or fish curry, salad/mellum or coconut sambol, pappadam, rice.. Water bottle, and fruits… All recipes will be provided.
